You have a lot of grammar errors
ReplyDeleteLily. I love this post. You are older AND taller now. I didn't realize you've read ALL his books. Wowza! You are an amazing reader and have learned so much too! I have to tell you I am so proud that you make choices that allow you to be worthy to go to the temple. I also love that you are in choir. A beautifully song hymn gives me that instant warm fuzzy feeling. Go you!
ReplyDeleteI just discovered your blog. My favorite book is "Where the Red Fern Grows" by Wilson Rawls. I bet I've read it over 20 times and I cry each time, just sooner now because I know what is going to happen. It reminds me of time I spent at my Grandpa's farm (your great grandfather). He had a coon dog named Blue. He and my uncle (your great uncle) would go squirrel hunting (squirrel brains and scrambled eggs for breakfast--YUCK!!! I always passed). But I love the bay of Old Blue. It's a sound that just does something to my heart. It's a good book. I read it to my children. You should read it.

ReplyDeleteFavorite song is hard because I like so many.... "You Raise Me Up" because it reminds me God is there to help me when I'm feeling weak. "The Old Rugged Cross" because it reminds me of the sacrifice Jesus made for us and "I Was Raised on Country Sunshine" by Dottie West because it reminds me of who I am.
